It is quite common to use XrmToolBox in our daily Dynamics 365 activities. We can connect to Online Organization in different ways.

In this post, will explain the steps to connect to XrmToolBox using OAuth / MFA for Dynamics 365 Online.

Follow the below steps for the same.

Step 1: Open XRM Toolbox. Click on Connect.

Step 2: Click on New Connection. Provide Organization url and Click on Next.

Step 3: Click on Use development Azure AD App.

Step 4: Click on OK.

Below Azure AD Application Id and Reply Url will be populated.

Step 5: Provide Username / Email address of Dynamics 365 organization that you want to connect. Click on Next.

Step 6: A pop up will be shown to enter the Password. Enter the same and click on Sign in.

Step 7: Provide some Name and click on Finish.
