Follow the below steps to configure Dynamics 365 AI for sales in CRM Online.

Step 1: Click here and create Dynamics 365 30 day’s trial version Online.

Or

Login Dynamics CRM Online with System Administrator role.

Step 2: Click on the App launcher and click on Admin App.

Step 3: Click on Admin App.

Step 4: Admin portal will be opened. Click on Dynamics 365 available under Admin centers available on the left hand side navigation.

Step 5: Dynamics 365 Administration Center page will be opened. Click on APPLICATIONS tab.

Under Manage applications -> Select Dynamics 365 AI for Sales application and Click on MANAGE.

Step 6: Select Consent on behalf of your organization Check box and Click on Accept.

Step 7: Select the required Dynamics CRM Organization and Click on I have read and accept the Online Service Terms.

Click on Continue.

Step 8: Solutions related to Dynamics 365 AI for sales will be installed in CRM and Status of the Installation can be seen.

Once solutions installed in CRM successfully, can see the below success message. Click on Go to Configuration.

Note: Installed solutions related to Dynamics CRM AI can be seen under CRM Solutions.

Step 9: AI setup configuration page will be opened in CRM. Click on I accept.

Step 10: We can Enable/ Disable or Reconfigure the required features.
