Recently, when i am looking at the Power Apps Maker Portal, observed that Blank app got updated to a new screen, where we can create Blank Canvas Apps, Blank Model Driven Apps based on Dataverse and Blank Portals using it.

Follow the below steps for the same.

Step 1: Login to Power Apps Maker Portal using your existing credentials.

Click on this link and Create 30 Dynamics CE Trial version.

Step 2: Click on Home.

Step 3: Click on the Blank app.

You will see a new Create screen, by clicking on Create button, we can create a Blank canvas app or Blank app based on Dataverse (Model-driven app) or Blank website (Dynamics Portal) easily from this screen.
