How to disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on Dynamics 365 Login?

We quite often see the Multi-Factor Authentication, while logging in to Dynamics 365 or even on Azure Login as well.

This is a default Microsoft security setting used to keep our accounts safe.

But, if you are working on Dynamics/ Azure Trial Environment, where if you do not want to see this Multi-Factor Authentication, follow the below steps to disable it.

Step 1: Create a new profile in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome and browse https://portal.azure.com/ (Azure Portal).

Step 2: Sign in Azure Portal with your Dynamics 365 30 Days Trial Version’s User Id and Password.

In this illustration, i have used my existing Dynamics 365 30 Days Trial Credentials.

Step 3: Click on Menu and Click on Azure Active Directory.

Step 4: On the Left Hand Navigation Pane under Azure Active Directory, Click on Properties.

Step 5: Click on Manage Security defaults.

Step 6: Select Enable Security defaults as No.

Select Other option and provide some comments.

Click on Save.

You have successfully modified the Default Security settings. Sign out and Close the browser.

Now, you can login Dynamics 365/ Azure without Multi-Factor Authentication screen.
